Person Centred Counselling
What can you achieve in Person-Centred Counselling? "...given the right conditions, a person can reach their full potential and become their true self, which he termed 'self-actualisation'." Using Person-Centred Counselling alongside other therapeutic tools such as CBT pr TA we can build on new awareness and find new skills to deal with and manage our fast paced complicated lives.
“Our river of life follows a meandering path often filled with love, meaning and beauty, unfortunately, there can be many hazards along the way." These hazards may come along without warning, be of any shape or size, and involve the past, present or future. However they may appear to us, they can feel overpowering, causing a flood to spread into every aspect of your psychology.
